This coffee is sourced from the Alta Mogiana region of São Paulo Brazil from individual farms along the São Paulo and Minas Gerais border, an area renowned for consistently sweet and well-structured natural processed coffee.
Brazil - Tres Barras
An exquisite Yellow Bourbon produced in the Mantiqueira de Minas region of Brazil from a multi award winning family owned farm. The cherries are harvested by hand and transferred to drying patios at the farm within 24 hours, after which they are rested for 30 to 60 days before export.
